1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or engaging Nexora Connect for pest control services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
Nexora Connect provides residential and commercial pest control, termite inspections, rodent control, bed bug treatments, and mosquito/outdoor pest management in the Sachse, TX area.
3. Scheduling and Access
You agree to provide reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment may incur a fee.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at time of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All prices are in US dollars.
5. Service Guarantee
If re-infestation occurs within the guarantee period, we will return to re-treat at no charge. This does not apply if conditions changed materially or the infestation is a different pest.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Follow all pre-treatment instructions provided by our technician.
- Keep pets and children away from treated areas for the specified time.
- Disclose known health conditions or sensitivities prior to treatment.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
